Reis welcome! There is one important city In Poland which could connect Poland to Czech republic or Slovakia -> it's Krakow which was the capital of Poland many years ago :) I live here that's why I'm pointing that out. Probably lot of people would like to see their cities on this amazing map so it's just a proposition. I can provide lot of pictures of nearby Krakow roads for You if You need them. Cheers ;)
